DISABLED ACCESS

Telford International Centre is committed to ensuring all visitors, delegates and guests are
able to easily access the venue. During your visit if you require any assistance, please contact any member of team who will be happy to help.

The venue has installed the following items at Telford International Centre to aid  visitors who
may require their use:

WHEELCHAIRS AND MOTORISED SCOOTERS

Wheelchair users can easily access Telford International Centre entrances. Once inside the venue, a lift to the First Floor Conference Suites is available in the Reception Foyer. Scooters and wheelchairs can be pre-booked prior to visiting the venue by calling 01952 281 500

PARKING

There are marked accessible parking spaces on Car Parks 1 and 4. Car Park 1 is situated adjacent to E1 and E2, and Car Park 4 is adjacent to E4. The event management team can reserve more spaces on an event by event basis subject to requirements.

TOILETS

Telford International Centre has unisex, and separate male and female, wheelchair accessible toilets located on both the ground and first floors.

FIRE EVACUATION

The International Centre has a Managed Fire Evacuation System. Safe holding areas are located on the first floor to ensure wheelchair users can be safely escorted to the Fire Exit by one of our Fire Evacuation Stewards.

ASSISTANCE DOGS

Assistance dogs are always welcome at Telford International Centre. If you require refreshments for service dogs please let us know prior to arrival so the venue can ensure this can be provided.

If you have any other specific assistance requirements for attending any of our shows, please let the venue know as soon as you can and we will work with them to support each request where possible.

DISABILITY ACCESS & CARER TICKETS

We now have a dedicated email inbox for Personal Assistant applications and Accessible Fast Track Tickets for disabled customers. Any queries regarding these tickets for any of our events now go to this email address monopolyaccessibility@ticketquarter.co.uk. We have done this for a faster response time and swifter service for customers with additional support needs.

Please note, Personal Assistant tickets tickets for those under the age of 16 are not necessary as anyone under 16 must have adult supervision at the event regardless.

From 2023 we have a new system coming into play to make things more efficient. If you want to apply for an Accessible Fast Track Ticket and a Personal Assistant Ticket, firstly purchase your ticket as normal for yourself. You then contact the above email with your proof of ticket purchase and your application for an Accessible Fast Track Ticket and Personal Assistant Ticket if needed within 7 days of the purchase.

If accepted the carer will receive a non-value personal assistant ticket.

For any accessible fast track enquiries, please email the address above and the team will be able to look into this for you, though these are subject to availability.
